Quick question...and this has probably been answered MANY times before...but...

Is there a way to get all the pellets to drop into the top auger on a 55-SHP10? I noticed that there were some pellets on the sides of the hopper that didn't slide down as the hopper was getting empty. There isn't a lot, but what was left would have allowed the stove to run a bit longer.

Is this what is referred to as "bridging"?

Can this be remedied easily?

Thank you!

Many have asked including myself. Some have polished the sides others have foil taped pellet size and shape of hopper have a lot to do with it Search the forum something may work for you

Teflon spray worked great for me.
