I spotted this setup along the Hudson in Riverside Park on a lunch break walk. Not the best picture, but you all should get the idea. I secretly took it with my phone when the guy walked by. He was having problems with it, and actually rode it a few feet after the picture.
I think he was collecting the drift wood as "art" not firewood, but it is still a wood hauler.
