Hmmm. Tuesday is bowling night & it's Susan's turn to pick (& to BUY!) dinner, before we hit the lanes...
Can I answer this tomorrow evening?

I'm picking up 1/2 side of pork tonight. The smoked meats won't be done for two weeks but there will be spare ribs, steaks and sausage for Tuesday. They're a Tamworth hybrid breed, supposed to be long on bacon. The farmer pasture-raised them on a wooded lot (8 pigs/acre) and finished them for the last month on apples. I can't decide, but I hope it's good.

As long as it's not crow.

Took out a package of fresh tomato sauce (frozen before Sandy...my freezer made it through unscathed :)), some italian sauage, and I'm good.

Left overs for lunch, too... fantabulous !

A bright, delightful, zany young woman I know (cousin's wife's daughter) is a Physician's Assistant. When she makes cupcakes, this is her favorite version:

Hey, zombies need dessert, too. What better than sweet little cup-brain-cakes?
