We are putting a very old Monarch wood stove in a new build house. Need some kind of documentation in order to pass inspection. Model PS32A. Original owner has passed away. Any/all information welcome.

Hello and welcome. Why put an old wood burner in a new house? There are so many better choices. Most often the install of a new stove is also going to be much easier with closer clearances, 6" flue and good documentation.
