Can anyone tell me the differences in the older woodstock fireview models? And where would the stove model numbers be?

For the most accurate answer, call Woodstock. They will definitely help. 800-866-4344

This is what I know from asking. The model 205 (current model) has been around since 1996. The older model 201 came out in 1985, it has the air controls on the side loading door, the air wash is not as effective as the 205 model and the baffle/cat/bypass is more like the Classic stove. Basically the old Fireview is a Classic with a front window. Also think the andirons are different between the two.

You should be able to find the model number on the back of the stove.
