Older splitter. Brand? (Pic)

Don't recognize this one. On CL.
Asking $1100.
A bit rusty ,looks to have been stored outside for a while.
Says 26 ton,

Found some 2006 info. TRV-26 says 16 ton (26 inch log opening), New was $1988, with 5 HP Briggs.

This may be an older model yet, with a 4.5 , EX-13 Robin.
TRV-26 says 16 ton(26 inch log opening) 4" cylinder.

4.5 HP makes me think it's under powered or really slow for 26 ton.
I don't think it's a 26 ton, but a 16 ton.

I'm not in the market but always looking. I have a buddy that's in need of one, I just need to convince him he does. :) LOL

I think I'd offer $6 or 700 & go from there.

I'd take that 4.5 Subie anyday over the Briggs. Hard to sell used splitters for over $1000 with TSC pumping out 22 ton H/V Huskee's for $999.

FYI: They were good units but Bachtold has gone belly-up far as I know.
