I'm excited to have this installed, supposed to be here on Thursday.

This is my first burner, we built 8 years ago and finally get to put the fireplace in.

With propane at 2.39/gal I'm hoping to cut a big chunk off the bill, and the fireplace should pay for itself pretty quickly.

2400 square feet, open loft style home.

I'll keep you updated.

That is a really nice fireplace. Get the wood drying and that propane bill should shrivel up next year.

Here it is, first test burn.

Monitored carefully as we haven't installed the hearth yet, has carpet right up to it.

Can't wait to get it all finished.
