I have had some difficulty getting my Double Walled smoke pipe to connect to my Oslo stove. I originally used a small ICC adapter that was more or less just a ring that sat inside the stove and then inside the Double walled pipe. No good there, left too much air in the back.

I just received the DSK 6 SA - The Double Walled Smoke Pipe adapter. The problem here is that it fits over the flue instead of in it and there is way too much play in the back. If I want it to it level, I'd have to screw it in and pack stove cement behind it.

I have read a lot of posts here and have seen a few different conclusions so here is my request:

Do you have an Oslo? Can you show me pictures (close up would be nice) of your chimney setup? Especially if you are using Selkirk Metalbestos double walled smoke pipe in the room the stove is in.

If you did the Metalbestos Double walled - which adapter did you use? The Double walled stove adapter? Or the Appliance adapter?

Thank you very much. The dealer was a little puzzled by this one because they are pretty much exclusive ICC.
