We would like to put a chimenea on a screened back porch. We can put a chimney through the roof, but does anyone have any ideas on what to use that will be attractive? Or any other ideas to direct the smoke?
Answer:
They are not designed for this use. Burning the house down would be a real possibility. Should i tell you about my chimenea that turned into a heaping pile of embers one night when I was burning it hot?
Use a real stove or fireplace and install it with a Class A chimney.
