My Quadrafire Outfitter II is having an issue with starting up. At first, the blower motor would turn on for a moment and then the auger would start feeding. Then stop, light, and then feed again after the fire has been obtained. However, now when calling for the pellet stove to turn on, the blower motor and auger motor BOTH start running at the same time and the auger does not stop running even through the attempt to start. Therefore the stove stops and attempts the whole process over again. Failing to start, and aborting the start up procedure. Can someone assist?

Looks like a warranty issue if its still under warranty..
