Well. I'm visiting family in big bass ponanos PA. Needless to say first thing I did after cracking a beer was start a fire. They have a nice stash of very well seasoned wood. I'll post pics when I get home
 
Is that Big Bass in POCONOs PA ?? If so welcome to my neck of the woods...literaly

Used to live in Canadensis. There was lots of wood to scrounge back in the early 2000's as there was so much development. Moved out in 2005.

Small world.... I live just outside of Canadensis.... Still a great area for scrounging,,,,A ton of city dwellers own houses up here and are not burning. Development has slowed but still prime picking. I have quite a few acres to choose from and its all Oak or Maple, and "free". A burners paradise.
