My Harman P43 has been serviced ( past 6 months ) and recently has begun, on restart, to extremely overfill the "Fire chamber" with pellets. I have removed and cleaned the area with the "eye" under the fire pot as early as yesterday, but the issue continues. It fills the pot to overflowing, then when it does start it does so on one side, and then continues to force feed till the unburned ones fall into the bucket at bottom, which, when the burning embers fall in, they catch fire. This only lasts until the whole "pot" is burning, then it keeps up with itself.

It may be the igniter is on it's way out and taking longer than normal to start burning.

Is the auger speed set at 4?
