Look up the specific model online. Says payload is 1,600 pounds on internet.

25 bags in my Ford Flex, and it hardly notices, until I hit the very steep hills, then it grunts just a bit.

I bet a person could get a couple tons in it at least. I witnessed a 90's escort stuffed completely full with a tiny area to look toward the passenger window on his right but otherwise the passenger seat was full to the roof. The best part was the side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser on top of the unit with the doors facing the drivers side he had about 100' of rope tied everywhere including UNDER the car in multiple places. The best of the best is when I realized he was hanging on to one end of the rope with his left hand. This was at a stop light in Kansas which I am not beating up on Kansans cause it wouldn't surprise me if it had Missouri tags.

Pay attention to the GVW of the vehicle and take in to consideration what is listed on the tires and their condition. An extra trip is way cheaper and quicker than the time and expense of someone else getting hurt, yourself getting hurt or having to do repairs on a vehicle because it was abused.

20 bags @ 40lbs each = 800lbs. That's 4 men on their way to a ball game. Surely the mini could handle that. And if you factor in the cooler and keg, that ought to be worth another 5 bags. Just make sure you spread them throughout to diffuse the weight evenly, not all inside the tailgate.
