Question:

Dear Sir, I have a Pennfield 1 stove ( burned once) that was in my family and recently given to me. I want to install it. Have you any information concerning this stove that you might share with me. There is no address in the owner's manual. I thank you for your help and kindness. Sincerely, Mary Nulton



Answer:

This was a wood/coal stove made in eastern PA in the early 80's. Sounds like it is in good condition. Use the guidelines on installing a stove at https://www.hearth.com/what/specific.htm to get started.

A company called Wood Heat in Quakertown, PA sold a lot of these, maybe they have an idea where you could find an owners manual...
