Pex size and brand in concrete?

Just bought a used empyre wood boiler I'm going to use to heat my shop (60x80). I want to make 4 heating zones in the floor. Plan to loop pex right to my rebar.

Q: what size? I'm thinking 3/4

Q: is any brand of o2 barrier better? I've found 1000 ft rolls on amazon at the best price
 
Check Craigs List also...best I've found is to use searchtempest.com as you can then search a larger geographic area.
Often there will be folks selling off what they didn't need for their own project...along with a good deal of left over parts.
