What do you like to have under the exterior Window/Door casings

  • Great Stuff - Really is great! Expands tight and hardens hard

  • Daptex Plus - Water base non toxic easy cleanup - does not expand as tight and hardens nice

  • Fiberglass - Tuck in the right amount for the best R-Factor

Hello

I am trying to make the house tight. Calking the exterior windows for air sealing is a must. Insulating that space between the window and the studs helps even more. Any window or door can be insulated better in this area by insulating more.

Therefore what do you like?
