Gladly, I love them but they are sort of regional I think - Erie Insurance. I expected an awful experience, you never hear anything good about insurance adjusters but my guy has been incredible. When he came out a few days after the storm, he knew we had been at our neighbors, all still on generator power with no other utilities. He brought us cases of water, 2 filled gas cans, ice, and a box of milk bones for my dogs. Whatever we needed since, he gets for us. My GC was even pleased with him, makes getting my repairs done pretty much hassle free. My other neighbor wasn't so lucky. His insurance co told him that because he had another claim in the same year (Sandy hit 10/29/12 one day before the one year mark of the freak ice/snow storm 10/30/11) he was at his limit so of the $50k in damage, they only gave him $10k.
