Looks like one of the China Clone copies of the equivalent Honda engines - these are supposedly such close copies that most parts are interchangeable w/ Honda. What I've heard is that the quality can be a bit more erratic, but that most will last in the same range as the bigger brand name engines, and that since they are so much cheaper, even if you do have to replace one occasionally you still come out ahead...
