Hello everyone. Am having problems ID-ing this fireplace that is installed in a sub-division in Mississauga Ontario Canada. The entire neighbourhood has these but no one seems to know what they are as we cannot find the plate on it and no manuals around.
Can anyone help us out here?? Thanks in advance
Yvette

Look on the inside of the door frame for a identifying tag. If none I would pull the front screen and glass to see if there is anything on the box.

We and the client have searched and searched and cannot find a plate anywhere. we have shone a flashlight thru the mesh, checked behind the screen recess...and nothing

did you pull of the cover for the blower i have seen id plates there before

AHA!! Figured it out...It is an old Empress Fireplace, the label is UNDER the base faceplate-----so she will be out of luck for a manufacturers refractory, time to custom cut her one.
Thanks everyone who replied
