There should be a set screw or a bolt that attaches to the drive shaft of the motor. The electrical diagram in you manual shows where that shaft is on the motor. Might be hard to get at, but it's there. HTH.
 
Hello

I usually throw the AC line cord on the auger motor until the set screw is in a good place where I can get my socket wrench on it.
 
So I did find the set screw and was able to loosen it. However that sucker is still stuck to it. I'm guessing a little bit more elbow grease?
