i have been losing system pressure when i havent burned for 20 hours or so. i have isolated the loss to the zone circulators.i have tightened the flanges and it has slowed down the loss. unfortunately i do not have isolation valves on the circulators, thats in this years budget. there is no sign of water leakage. alaskapf185 , you mentioned pressure loss if a low pressure vacuum is present. how would this occur? i realize there is a pressure decrease during cooling but today my storage top temp was 170 when i lite the fire and with in 10 minutes pressure increased 10 psi. thanks for your help.
