    Anyway, the price seems normal for my neck of the woods, and its stacked.

    That's about average asking price for red/white oak in Oakland County.

    A buddy of mine that lives in Your city has been getting Ash delivered for $150 a cord (3 face cords) but not stacked, I think he bought enough 3 years ago to last him 5 years!
