I have a TL-300 and it was suggested that I use a probe thermometer to best monitor the temp.

Would a Probe Thermometer work in Double Wall Pipe that is on a 45 angle?

If so what are your recommendations on type and how to install one?

Thanks....

Don't see why not. I have a condar probe thermometer that recommends I think at least 18" above the stovetop which is what mine is. Works fine, if not a bit hard to see from a distance. (this can be DIY fixed if you want)
