My burn pot will fill up within a day with ash. This happins even on low settings. I'm not getting any soot on glass so I think I'm getting enough air flow. I've been having to clean this daily for some time now. Any ideas? Thanks.

Give the fire air by opening the damper. Sir your burn pot 2x a day. wipe the glass once a day.
