Sorry to be a rookie but I got an emergency. Cb1200 red light on, auger feeds, thermostat good, exhaust blower on, fully cleaned, ignitor doesn't get hot..... Pulled it out. No damage, good wires, reinstalled.... Same. Ignitor rod is cold. Have kids need heat. Please help ASAP.
 
Sorry, I just seen this. You can manually light the stove to get warm. Can you do a continuity test on the igniter to see if it is good? Or you can use a pc of cord and plug it in to see if it works. If it doesn't, it may be the control box. kap
