The other Cape..
This is going to sound odd, but the other day I was outside and saw smoke coming from my vent pipe and I'm thinking that is weird, I always have my stove on and never have thermo set. So it is always on.

So I run inside and see whats up. Plenty of pellets and red call light on. So I just take my wireless remote and turn stove off. Now I know that i USED to hear a beep every time I would press MODE button and know I don't hear it?

It's the smart batt remote from quad. Could My remote be faulty. I did change the batts the other day.

I'm wondering if it's the remote or I could have something wrong with the stove as thermo coupler or something?

Just seem odd why my stove would seem to start to cool down then reset by itself.

did you also replace the batteries in the receiver? very common to over look.

When on manual setting the stat will shut down after 9 hours, just my two cents. I have had this happen if I have it on manual and forget set to auto. As said above check the battery's in the remote could be bad.
