I wouldnt put a TV above any stove. Electronics and heat dont do well togather and usually the heat wins
 
Minimum combustible mantle (or projection) clearances is 60" from the bottom of the unit so you would want a mantle to deflect heat at 60" and then the TV above that. Hope you have a high ceiling, unless the TV is made out of stone.
