Hello,

New to the forum and have a problem that I can't find any posts about. I have a two year old Quarda Fire Santa Fe insert. It shuts down after about 10 minutes. Flue was cleaned about a month ago.
So here's what I've done. Took the metal surround off , blow out the vacuum tube , reset the controller, started a fire which ran for 2 hours , put the surround back in place and the fire died within 10 minutes!
Took the surround back off and the thing has been running for 2 days. Any ideas about this problem? Thanks

Sounds like it is overheating. Is your convection fan clean, etc .....
