Fully cleaned out, fuses from AC and into controller board both ok, have thermostat wires bypassing thermostat, nothing dead. Fan doesn't start up like it has no power. AC outlet fine checked with vacuum cleaner. What are the debug steps I should take ? I would say it takes time after reset but if the fuses were ok it has seen AC power now for 10 hours since the power went out.
