Question about wall thimbles

I am looking to go with the supervent pre-fab chimney from Lowes, but I see that the wall thimble adjusts up to a maximum 7" thick wall. What do you do if you have 8" thick walls? Do they make an expander piece or a bigger thimble?
 
Do you have a part number? The thimble should telescope.

Just another reason to go to a certified hearth shop...IMHO...
If you ask one of the fine folks at Lowe's the same question, you're almost
guaranteed a deer-in-the-headlights look with a non-answer...
They have no technical experience - for the most part - &
if you go to a hearth professional, you're probably gonna find your answer...
That being said, there ARE some idiots working at hearthshops as well...
We have some in this area...
