Anyone have radiant floor heating in the "south" ? Wondering if it would be good with the wild swings in temps we have.

Plenty of southern radiant system around. Consider a low mass system with the radiant under a subfloor, in the walls or ceilings. Radiant, high mass slabs are slower to respone either revving up or down.

There are a number of "over the top" radiant products that allow you to install the tubing on top of the floor, those are considered low mass systems also.
