I have a St.Croix stove changed parts and ready for an quieter stove.. I have seen the Ravelli Francesca burning and like how quiet it was. Is this because of different quality of parts?

I have a Francesca. Mine is quite noisy everytime it feeds. I cannot make it quiet like it was when it was new....weird. The monica is the same stove, except with Mojelica ceramic sides. The Francesca has metal sides. If you are thinking of a fancy italian brand, look to MZC from Wittus. The cub is the equivalent model, much better stove in my opinion.
