Could start cutting shorter wood ASAP, then wait until next winter and sell your seasoned wood to people that are desperate (there is always a few people that are desperate for truly seasoned wood and they will pay dearly for it)...
 
I think I would cut it in half, When you start cutting the next batch you will want to split them uncomfortably wide. I made my splits to small and the BK likes eating large rounds.
