Small auto repair shop looking for new FULL TIME assistant. That means you'll be assisting the owner with operations assistanty things!
Duties include:
- Customer service! Taking phone calls and helping customers as they arrive in an efficient manner.
- Stock organizing and parts accountability!
- Purchasing food or other food like items.
- Office tidying
- Running the company shuttle driving customers to and fro.
- Running errands
- Using organizational skills to organize
- Filing!
-Managing office bills using QuickBooks
- Must have pleasant phone demeanor
- Going to the store frequently. Includes
Ability to properly identify a pastry based on general description
Ability to locate and purchase chips
Ability to purchase 2 liter bottles of soda
Ability to properly identify the difference between Mountain Dew and Diet mountain Dew
The ability to count to 6 (Trust me. It's important)
- Minor book keeping, deposit making, cash drawer handling.
- Making interesting conversation. This includes:
Ability to take a joke
Regaling us with funny stories
Not regaling us with not funny stories
Must:
- have a sense of humor.
- Be capable of staying on task despite multiple distractions
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Be able to handle customers courteously
- Be able to work mostly unsupervised
- Be able to work with ADHD and OCD tendencies
- Like dinosaurs
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Be able to work M-F 8:30-5:30 with one hour lunch. (Some weekday holidays off)
