Wouldn't hold your breath. I had a finger smashed off in a factory accident a few years ago, and it took OSHA a month to bother showing up. Granted, his injuries are worse than mine were, but the machine that smashed my finger was dismantled within 24 hours. 30 days later OSHA came to "help me". Riiiiiiiight.

"We're from the goverment, we're here to help".
