Real estate license/test

    Does anyone know the rules/requirements for the real estate license in NJ. Is a course mandatory or only the test?

    If I remember correctly you have to have x amount of class hours before you can take the state test. Call a local broker up and see what the requirements are...I took my test 5 years ago.
