About time. Those things make me ask "What were they thinking?"
 
I believe those were the cause of a fire in the past. Cannot recall, but I think it was in Mass.

I remember seeing some pictures back soon after they came out from a poster in here showing the top of the firebox literally rotting away from the heat. the design to me looked like it was a disaster waiting to happen.

The first stoves had a recall claiming poor metal in the fire pot.

When someone posted a link to the newspaper article of a police officers home being burnt I called it a "window mounted home burner"
