Is it all the same tree? The log that's split on the bottom is Oak for sure.

I think it is not all the same tree. the log standing on its end that is split (with both pieces still next to each other) is definitely oak as others pointed out. The ones above it look like Ash to me.
 
The piece with the bark showing is Ash. I do see some oak too. That's a nice find.
