Hi everyone new to the forum been browsing here for awhile now. Got my regency i2400 installed today was about to start my first fire and went down a safety check. I think that I am missing the top baffle plates any other regency insert owners can confirm this. I attached a pic hopefully it will show up.

Ok thanks for confirming this guys. I was really looking forward to using it this weekend I am glad i looked it all over before i started it up. Hopefully they can get the baffle plates in asap.
