    Question:

    Please send info for installation instructions for these inserts. We have recently purchased a home with one of these model inserts and have some questions about its installation. Specifically when we look in to the gap between the face cover and the wall we can see flames. We believe this to be a potential fire hazard. Please advise. Thank you for your time and advice
