0041's don't actually have bricks. The owner's manual will explain how to remove the arch and lower fireback assy. But first check the inner sides for cracks. They generally radiate out from the bolts in the center of each side panel. If there are cracks, don't spend another nickel on the stove. You'll never get it to seal properly. No really, replace don't repair it.
