Roof support sealant-

Next week, adding another 4' of class A to improve my draft (thanks BeGreen and Jeff-T). What's the best sealant for the 2 penetrations (lags) for the pipe support?
I expect the mounting locations to be near the ridge.

Any roof mastic will work. Can get it in a caulking tube and load it up.
