Bob that sounds like a great deal to me for $20.00! I paid about $50.00 for mine and I love it.. I have used it for other things such looking for drafts and locating a roof leak caused by a stink pipe.. If you have cats it's fun to make em chase the red dot all over the place too ..
Thanx for the tip Bob,,,,,think I will grab one for 20 bucks. Never had one, but i have three thermometers on the top of my woodstove. I'm a safety nut.
I would opt for the harbor freight one at 29 bucks. That rosewill doesn't even go to 700*. The HF one goes to 968*. Better suited for stove operation in my opinion. Plus they lose accuracy at their extreme temp ranges. I've been to 800* a couple of times w/ my nc30.
