Question:

Recently purchased cottage in upstate NY area (Chenango Forks nr. Binghamton) Cottage came with wood burning airtight stove- on back of stove is nameplate EARTHSTOVE mfg. in Nebraska. I think stove does a great job however I want to move stove approximately 4 feet away from chimney connection which would involve running stove pipe on right angle thru bedroom wall. Is there some type of kit that would allow me to do this and be able to utilize stove pipe as heater for bedroom.

Answer:

Stovepipe cannot be run thru interior walls..that is- stove must be in the same room as chimney. For more info on installation- go to http://hearth.com and go to the "what's it all about" section.
Earth Stoves is at http://www.earthstove.com
