Going to build a small outside sauna to go with our hot tub which works great heated off of our boiler. Search the site but did not see any info on trying to hook up something like a modine to heat the sauna. I know it probably will not be able reach the perfect temp so a electric sauna heater will be needed but at least the boiler could heat the bulk temp and keep the operating cost lower

Lots of folks have hooked up a water-to-air heat exchanger. I don't see any reason such a unit couldn't get a sauna hot enough. It's plumbed and controlled just like any other zone.
