I would be interested in what processes, and/or what devices, folks are using to screen their pellets or do you just dump em in, sawdust, fines, and all . . . . . .also, the brand and model stove you are using.

I've never screened, always dump the whole bag in. Just stay away from places that handle the pellets too much and life is good.
