Resolved Scrolling announcement at page top, distracting

    Is there a way to turn off the scrolling announcement window at the top of each page or maybe have an option to freeze it? It is distracting.

    There is an X on the right upper side of it when you run your mouse over that - you can dismiss it...hopefully after you read it.
