Scrounge priorities - Species, ease of access, difficulty?

I am not real picky yet. I won't take junk. I have fence row I can get
mulberry, locust and hedge from not to far away.

Most of the stuff I have gotten by scrounging so far has been already picked over.
I have to buck up the trunks and bigger stuff. But on the bright side I don't have to
get rid of the brush.

I have an oak and some good size cherry lined up for when the ground freezes up.
