On my DW 2461 due to some warping and some deterioration of the top piece, I have an air gap between the baffle and the top thats near the catalyst. Can I seal that gap with some Rutland gasket cement? Really don't have the time and money now to replace the entire top..thoughts?

Not Gasket Cement, but Furnace Cement. Rutland makes 'em both, and they're different animals. Rick
