Hello I have a englander 28-3500 on the back of the unit the thermostat is set from the previous owner. What does it mean when it is turned one way or the other? Just wandering because I had bought it used and did not no how to adjust it it seems so long before it kicks on and when it does it just comes on for only a few minutes.
